There’s a difference, and it comes from experience. Before we wrote code for clients, we built and ran companies of our own. We’ve sat on the corporate side of the table and the startup side. We know what a broken process costs, what a good tool saves, and why “it technically works” isn’t the same as “it works.”
That’s why 1920lab is AI-first by design. We don’t bolt AI onto old ideas. We start every project asking where intelligence, automation and modern architecture can remove work, not just move it around.
